Cutting thru the school grounds looking for old buildings (WPA construction). None found.

Our checkpoint was at this brand new bed and breakfast (Schillinghaus) which was having an open house. The owner had streusel which was homemade and very tasty.

City park across the street from the Bed and Breakfast is where the Germanfest is held each April.

Old vacant factory has been painted to look like a German Village.
